Lithonia Lighting, a division of Acuity Brands Lighting, Inc., has received reports of the lens used on the BLT LED non-sensor fixtures manufactured between October 2015 and August 31, 2016, detaching from the fixture and falling. No injuries have been reported.
Lithonia Lighting is working with the agency that handled the order, and will coordinate with customers to provide field repair kits to secure the BLT LED lenses. Lithonia Lighting is conducting this voluntary recall in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. Only BLT LED Non Sensor fixtures are included in the recall.
