EYE Lighting International of North America has acquired all assets related to the LED luminaire products from Aphos Lighting of Carrollton, Texas. The purchase price was not disclosed. EYE will assume production of Aphos™ brand LED luminaires in its own facility and market the products under the EYE Lighting brand name.
Tom Salpietra, president and chief operating officer of EYE said, “Along with our fast-growing kíaroLED™ outdoor LED luminaire family, the Aphos product line creates greater scale for our business and strengthens our position and penetration in the fast-growing LED market.” EYE Lighting entered the LED luminaire market in 2011 with the introduction of kíaroLED.

EYE Lighting International has more than 100,000 square feet of manufacturing space located near Cleveland, Ohio.
