Warminster, PA – CRC Industries, Inc. announces the acquisition of ChemFree Corporation located in Norcross, GA, a subsidiary of Intelligent Systems Corporation.
Combining the ChemFree product line and CRC’s broad specialty chemical platform will create superior performance and enhanced environmental responsibility, as well as new product growth opportunities.

Tom McNally will continue as Vice President and General Manager of the ChemFree business. The manufacturing, sales, customer service, distribution and administration offices will remain headquartered in Norcross, GA and will report directly to Wayne King, President – CRC Americas Group.
