SCRANTON, Pa. — Arlington Industries announces the amicable resolution of its lawsuit against defendants Ply Gem Industries, Inc., Mastic Home Exteriors, Inc., Napco, Inc., and Variform Inc.,
d/b/a/ Ply Gem Siding Group.
Arlington had asserted the patent on its IN BOX™ line of weatherproof boxes against the
defendants’ UL Electrical Block with Lid products, which are no longer on the market.
The parties jointly dismissed the action in the Middle District of Pennsylvania yesterday.
